The Shelter is located at 1140 Otter
Road in Sturgis, South Dakota.
Take Junction Avenue south to Vanocker Canyon Road (over the railroad tracks and
to the left, under the interstate), and bear right onto Otter Road. The facility
is immediately on your left after turning onto Otter Road, a tan and green steel
building
