The Sex Offender Registry is updated regularly based on information provided by state and local government agencies and the registrants themselves. Please note the date and time of the last update. Registrants do move and fail to notify the relevant law enforcement office of their change in residence. As a result, law enforcement cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information.

Only offenders convicted of the sex offenses specified under SDCL
22-24B-1 and SDCL22-24B-2 are required to register. Persons who have been arrested or charged with a sex offense are not required to register unless the arrest or charge results in a conviction.

Warning: The purpose of this list is to promote public safety from the potential risks posed by individuals who have committed offenses in the past.  Any actions taken by you against any person on this list, including vandalism of property, verbal or written threats of harm or physical assault against an individual on this list, their family, or employer, may result in your arrest and prosecution (SDCL 22-22-41).
